  • Which email and phone number should I provide?
    The only contact information provided to campus Human Resource offices and MSCF Chapter Presidents will be what you provide on the form, so use an email and phone number that a potential dean can use to contact you at any time. We recommend your personal phone number and email.
  • What if I have multiple disciplines?
    You can list all the disciplines you are credentialed to teach in. Local Human Resources will still be responsible for verifying that you meet minimum qualifications for a credential field.
  • Who will get this information?
    We will distribute a list of faculty to campus Human Resources and Chapter Presidents.
  • When will the list be distributed?
    We will send the lists in mid October and mid April when most campuses are making hiring decisions for the next semester.
  • Do I need to sign up every semester?
    No. Once you’ve completed the form, your information will carry over from one semester to the next.
  • How do I update my information?
    Email the state office at mscf@edmn.org with any updates to your Hiring Hall information. Updates must be submitted by September 30 and March 31 to be included in lists for the next semester.
